Meet Jane:

Hi, I’m Jane, based in Chelmsford, where I balance my days working in a corporate role and my evenings teaching Vinyasa yoga and Body Conditioning classes. My passion lies in fitness, health, and nutrition—a journey I’ve been on since my late teens, gaining a wide range of skills and qualifications to empower women at every stage of life.

In April 2025, I’ll be adding Pregnancy Yoga to my timetable, enhancing my toolkit to support women on their health & fitness journeys, whether they’re prenatal, postnatal, or simply looking to feel strong, confident and inspired through every stage of life.

At home, I’m a proud mum to three kids, aged 20, 18, and 14 — none of whom I had the benefit of hypnobirthing with, though I wish I had! It’s such a wonderful way to feel empowered and prepared for birth. I am so excited to join the team and to deliver the Babies in Waiting ethos through our Antenatal Courses & Pregnancy Relaxation classes in and around my home town. 

When I’m not teaching or working, you’ll find me at the gym, on a dog walk (preferably by the sea, which is my happy place!  My two energetic Bengal cats keep me entertained with their antics so to relax I’m a fiction enthusiast and love losing myself in a good book or an Instagram rabbit hole on just about any subject. I love Pizza, I'd eat it daily if I could but always with a side salad for balance! 

My goal is to help you feel calm, confident, and capable as you prepare for birth, equipping you with tools to embrace this amazing chapter of your life.
